What You’ll Do:

✅ Shoot Reels / TikToks for the @brilic.people project (employer branding) that are engaging, fun and clear. You can get scripts and ideas from our team OR come up with them yourself

✅ Edit the videos. Add subtitles, simple motion graphics, and visual effects!

✅ Plan film days & engage people: approach and invite people to participate in your videos, talk to them!

Preferable Background:

💼 Experience creating and editing Reels / TikToks / Shorts
💼 Strong video editing skills (any tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro)

💼 Ability to make fun short-form videos.
💼 Good sense of timing, visual style, and storytelling

💼 Responsibility, ability to work independently & respect deadlines
