What you’ll do

• Fully manage Jira: structure tasks, document agreements after meetings, assign owners, and set deadlines.

• Plan development taking into account dependencies between Product, Backend, Development, QA, and Design. Collect team estimates and set realistic timelines.

• Run daily meetings, track progress, and make sure tasks are completed on time. Identify delays, blockers, and reasons for them early.

• Quickly adjust plans when priorities or requirements change, while keeping a clear view of the whole project.

What we expect

• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, including projects with many dependencies, parallel tasks, and stakeholders. Experience in a multi-product environment is a plus.

• Jira: Strong hands-on experience with Jira and readiness to fully own its organization and development.

• Environment: Experience working in a product company or startup.

• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to keep track of many details.

• Personal qualities: Responsible and proactive.
