We are looking for someone who goes beyond routine accounting. You should be comfortable analyzing situations, identifying potential risks, proposing better solutions, and making informed decisions. When something is unclear, we expect you to investigate it, communicate with the right people, and, when necessary, involve external specialists such as lawyers or tax advisors.

What You'll Do 

💼 Manage and oversee financial accounting processes across multiple countries.

💼 Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other financial reports.

💼 Support monthly and annual financial closings and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

💼 Work with international accounting, tax and financial regulations and stay informed about relevant changes.

💼 Coordinate with local accountants, tax advisors, lawyers and other external specialists when needed.

💼 Support tax planning and optimization, identifying legal and practical opportunities to improve our tax efficiency.

💼 Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analyses, including actual vs. budget and variance analysis.

💼 Monitor cash flow, payments and financial obligations across different entities and countries.

💼 Analyze costs and profitability by product, project, department or market.

💼 Establish and improve financial controls and accounting processes to reduce risks and improve efficiency.

💼 Support internal and external audits and prepare the necessary documentation.

💼 Identify financial or legal risks and proactively propose solutions.

💼 Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions.

💼 Take ownership of financial issues from identifying a problem to finding and implementing a solution.

Who you are (requirements)

✅ 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance or a related role, preferably with experience working with international companies.

✅ Experience with international accounting and taxation or a strong willingness and ability to learn different countries’ requirements.

✅ English B2 or higher.

✅ Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting and financial analysis.

✅ Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.

✅ Good understanding of tax principles and compliance.

✅ ACCA, CIMA or another relevant professional qualification is a strong advantage.

✅ Comfortable communicating with external professionals, including lawyers, tax advisors and accountants, when expert clarification is needed

✅ A proactive mindset — you don't simply wait for instructions; you look for opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and solve problems.
