Key Responsibilities

💼 Research. Research social media trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Find trending formats, hooks, storytelling styles, viral mechanics, and competitor content.

💼 Content ideas. Generate content ideas daily. Adjust them for our brand and target audience.

💼 Scripts. Develop detailed video scripts, so that our reelsmakers and our video editors can turn your ideas into reality (film, edit videos).

💼 Instructions and feedback. Provide clear creative instructions to Reels Makers and Video Editors, to ensure your ideas are accurately brought to life

Requirements

✅ Minimum 1 year in social media, marketing, content creation (Tiktok or Instagram)

✅ Russian B2+, English B2+

✅ You love content, social media

✅ You can deconstruct a viral video and understand what makes it good

✅ You are responsible

✅ NOT required, but a huge plus: experience with mobile apps
